(More customer reviews)I have been looking for an inexpensive flour container that will last for some time now. At a 21 cup/ 5 liter capacity, this is perfect for 5 pound bags of flour. The plastic is sturdy and the container is easy to pick up with one hand.
The lid has a tight seal. It is also easy to remove and you can do it with one hand -- important when baking to make things go smoothly.
I have bought two of these containers, one for white and one for whole wheat flour. I am planning on buying another to store my sugar. Definitely a good buy!
