(More customer reviews)I received one of these Pampered Chef products from my wedding registry. After 6 weeks of use making breads and pizzas twice a week, the stone broke during baking. I called Pampered Chef to confirm the warranty and hopefully get a replacement. The Customer Service line informed me that they DO NOT WARRANTY any items sold from anyone that is not a Pampered Chef Consultant (think Amway). This includes all internet and in store purchases. If the company does not warranty the product, then you have wasted your money!

The Pampered Chef Retired Mini Serving Spatula Review

(More customer reviews)I love these mini spatulas because they're perfect for brownies and other similar sized treats. I also use them for flipping grilled cheeses and tortillas.
The problem is the Pampered Chef brand only lasts about a year or two before the black handles crack and break away from the metal part. I ordered five of these in either December 2007 or 2008, and I'm now down to two. (One broke just this week and the other two have cracks.)
I own a wooden handled one that I purchased about 7 years ago, and it's still holding up perfectly. It doesn't even have the unsightly "melt marks" that the Pampered Chef brand gets from hot pans. This is why I'm ordering three more wooden handled spatulas from Amazon today. I'm so glad I found them because I don't remember where I purchased this one so long ago.
Great idea, but buy the wooden handled ones!

(More customer reviews)I love these tongs and every time I use them at a party, the guests want to know where I got them. It's a shame that Pampered Chef doesn't sell these anymore. I was looking to buy them for Christmas gifts this year after the ooo's and ahh's at the kids' birthday party. I've never had trouble with the handle sticking and these are the best tongs I've ever used for gripping food and not flinging it all over. Hope to find more of these available somewhere.

The Pampered Chef Mini Whipper Review

(More customer reviews)This is by far the best little mulit-purpose whisk I have in my drawer. It beats eggs, tomato sauces, cream sauces etc...with NO SPLASHING or slop. Wouldn't recommend it for heavy or thick batters, but on lighter thinner batters you really get a smooth texture very easily without having to deal with the 'klonkiness' of a traditional bulb whisk. It's been through my dishwasher several hundred times without any warping or staining or rusting. A+ in my book.

The warmth from your hand is transmitted to the spoon part.
No dipping in hot water, no frantic clicking of a mechanism.
After a few moments even hard ice cream can be scooped.
Only problem:
It is not dish washer safe. Make sure you tell your husband!

I've been using this grapefruit knife for several years and bought a new one only because I didn't bring my old one with me when I came South for the winter and discovered the difficulty cutting grapefruit without it. It does a very good job and does it quickly. It will dull slightly over time but you wouldn't necessarily notice it unless you compared it with a new one.

Just put garlic right in without peeling and out comes perfect minced garlic, then just use included tool to put peels right in the garbage. I used to cut, peel with my fingers, get all that garlic all over my hands. It was a mess and a pain so I went to jarred garlic which just wasn't fresh. Now with this amazing kitchen tool the problem is solved. Leave it to Pampered Chef to come up with such a fantastic tool. Once you get one and use it, you'll wonder why you struggled before and how easy mincing garlic has become. Bravo to the Pampered Chef Garlic Press.
