(More customer reviews)I use this almost every day to mix protein or meal replacement shakes. The lid was difficult to get on for about the first month or two -- I fixed this by placing the lid upside down in the sink and running warm water over it each day while I prepared my shake. That seemed to loosen the lid just enough to make it easy to get on. Now (about a year later), the lid is much easier to get on and still very secure.
Before I found this shaker, I had been mixing the powder with a spoon, which left a lot of clumps. This tastes MUCH better, eliminates clumps, and is easy to use and clean. I find the easiest way to clean it is to put soapy water in and shake it as if you're preparing a shake or gravy.
