(More customer reviews)Very even heating. Spouse was a bit concerned that it stained (discoloured) a bit from the oil/grease in the batter. Did not stick or negatively affect final flavour - clean up is a snap. Will probably order some for my children next Christmas as gifts (they all like to bake).
