(More customer reviews)I bought this bag for my wife as a Christmas gift. As she opened it, she said "Wow, what a pretty purse!". It even fooled her, a woman who has what seems like a million purses and handbags.
The top of the bag uses a red fabric and pull in strings to close the bag. At first, I thought it was weird but after packing some tall items in there, it make sense. This gives you the flexibility to put things that are a bit taller than the bag, but still can keep it closed or tied in.
My wife uses a square glass container for her lunch. The container size is 6.5 inches, and 2.5 inches tall. She can easily stack 2 or 3 of these on top of each other, and still have plenty of room left on the side for snacks. I think it there's enough room to stack 2 of them side by side, but never tried.
The downside is that if you stack things too high (about 8 inches), the magnet button at the top won't close, and it doesn't look as attractive unless the button is closed. If you don't care about that, then you can stack things as high as the fabric will stretch.
My wife's typical lunch is 2 square containers I mentioned above, a bag of chip, and CamelBak 0.5-Liter Insulated Stainless Steel Better Bottle. All fit very well.
All in all, she's happy with it, so it's highly recommended.
PS. I bought it through Amazon for $25.73. I noticed at the moment Amazon isn't on the seller's list any more.
