Its over-all, outside, dimensions are 6.05" by 6.05" by 2.50" high, including the latches; about 5.25x5.25x1.5 inches inside.
I had to order one to get the dimensions. I have tried several sizes, and this size works best for me for taking my lunch every day to work in a small ice chest that is sized to carry a 6 pack of 12 ounce beverage cans and some ice. The glass and silicone gasket are built to last. These are the best I can find for microwave re-heating. This is the size to have for a US standard size sandwich or left over food, not quite enough capacity for lunch if it is all soup, at least for me, a 190 pound male who's most caloric daily meal is lunch, but big enough for most all else.
