(More customer reviews)I have now made three cheesecakes in the last two weeks. I even used the Pampered Chef recipe that came with the springform pan. (I only add 1/4 - 1/2 stick of butter to the batter to make it a little more creamy.) I would recommend this pan to everyone. I don't even have to spray the pan.
