(More customer reviews)I just read Jess 620's review and I have to say I understand her frustration with this product initially. The first time I tried to grate soft cheese in it, the whole grater became clogged. Then I learned the trick to grating cheese in any grater like this - soft cheese needs to be very cold, as in stuck in the freezer for a while (20 minutes or so) to make it come out of the grater like magic! Another tip, if you'd rather, microwave the soft cheese you're going to grate for about 8-10 seconds, just until the oils come out, and it will fly our of the grater without getting stuck! Hard cheeses need to be left out to get to room temperature to help in grating these. This grater is also great for chocolate, nuts, boullion cubes, etc. I am a PC consultant right now and I share these tips at every show I do, so people will know the right way to use it. ;)
