(More customer reviews)Many of the products marketed as being "airtight" aren't truly airtight. The Rubbermaid Cake Keeper IS airtight, which means it gave me a sanitary place to keep my plates and cups when I moved into a roach-ridden apartment. (Hellooooo, Brooklyn!)
One Cake Keeper will fit 8 of my dinner plates, 12 salad plates or 5 16oz mugs with the handles turned in towards the center.
I love this product, and I don't even bake!
